I had people believe in me and have been fortunate enough to grace the silver screen, big screen and tread the boards over a 20+ year career in the acting industry and want to share the things I have had to learn the hard way - so you don’t have to…I’ve done the red carpets, had my name in lights, paparazzi chasing me around Manchester, UK, and even a website made about my feet by one devoted fan!

Above all, my sessions are designed for you to see behind the curtain and truly understand the quirks of the business that go unspoken and most of all to hone your craft. I trained at Rose Bruford College in the Garden of England - Kent, and at Stephen F.Austin State University in Texas, specialising in Theatre written by American Playwrights including a lot of David Mamet! My approach is generally based in Method acting and Stanislavski but I am also trauma informed so can help walk you into the head space of a character and out of them with your psychological state intact. I understand how to protect your mental health when digging deep into yourself to connect with your character and honor and deliver the writers story. I am also a trained director so can offer direction along the way to truly get the best out of the performances you deliver. I work accessibly and will make any reasonable adjustments that you may need especially working with Actors with a Learning Disability, Autism or neurodivergence.

Working with me - we will get as up close and personal as you like looking at your thoughts and feelings processes, or take a more technical approach, we will clarify this to start with so you get the best out of your time with me. I truly think that in this industry it just takes someone to SEE your value. My acting for screen sessions will help you to express yourself through your script. Showcase you. We will record the sessions so you are able to have a copy to use as material for a showreel and can create as much material as you like showing different characters and styles for casting professionals to see all you have to offer.
